And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:17
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John 14:26
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. John 16:13-14
Only Jesus Christ can tell who the Holy Spirit is. Nobody has the authority to teach about the Holy Spirit except Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. Let us fix our research on the spoken words of Christ to know and discover the personality and attributes of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus named the Spirit as holy being. Holy means that the Holy Spirit is perfect; in all things. If the Holy Spirit is perfect, then The Holy Spirit can not be wrong because He is perfect like the Father is perfect. Furthermore, Jesus presented the Holy One as a Spirit like His Father (God) is a Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is real and alive forevermore. The Spirit has no boundary and dwells everywhere. What our eyes could see are the reflections of the real world, the negative side of reality. We can’t see the Holy Spirit but it does not mean that He is absent and His presence is away from us.
Jesus speaks about the Spirit as the essence of Truth. The Spirit will guide us into all the truth. The Spirit is the light and darkness departs when the light is at hand. The Holy Spirit is the perfect Spirit of truth.
